Welcome to Curricuflow.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our curriculum management platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Curricuflow.ai (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
Curricuflow.ai is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides curriculum management, course mapping, learning outcome tracking, and educational analytics tools for educational institutions and organizations.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your data, content, and information that you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Data"). We do not claim ownership of your User Data.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We maintain regular backups of user data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We recommend regularly exporting your data using our provided export features.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for significant changes that materially affect your use of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to your data unless you export it beforehand.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
After account termination, we may retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for account recovery. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms during your subscription period.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
